John Larson is a personal trainer, yoga therapist, and wellness coach dedicated to helping people build strength, restore balance, and take control of their health from the inside out. After years of working with clients in fitness, recovery, and mobility, he created ZenFlow as a complete system that brings together breathwork, movement, mental focus, and meditation. His approach is rooted in real experience, guiding people not only to perform better physically, but to regulate their nervous system, reduce stress, and live with greater clarity, discipline, and purpose.
